Critique on the Process of Appointment of a Disputes Adjudication Board under Clause 20 of the FIDIC 1999 Contracts

We are pleased to announce that our Nikhil Desai and Kylie Ochuodho (she/her) were featured on the Africa Construction Law (ACL) Blog. They critique sub-clause 20.2 of the FIDIC 1999 Contracts. The FIDIC Contracts are a standard set of clauses published by the FIDIC – International Federation of Consulting Engineers.
